Hi Celeste, Our surname is Farrell but we found out that our grandfather changed his name from Hooker to Farrell as he wanted to "disappear"...which he did. But we are Hookers by blood and they allowed my brother to take the test. But our second cousin who we just found out about a few months ago, does have the last name Hooker and he also agreed to take the test for us.
