Joyce Nope Linda, mine are the six brothers that Celeste keeps talking about. And my stray Hooker John b. 1797 VA. is in Washington Co TN in 1830>Talledega Co. AL 1850>Pontotoc Co MS 1870. I have two Hooker lines. The main one from my g grandfather William Powell Hooker Jr who is grandson of George(one of the six brothers). Then my gr grandmother Susan Elizabeth McEachern (m. Wm Powell Hooker Jr.) Her mother was Mariah Hooker daughter of John b.1797 mentioned above. John ends up 4 families down from Wm Powell Hooker Sr in Pontotoc Co MS in 1870. He is next door to Esom Hooker in Washington Co TN in 1830 and Esom is in Patrick Co VA in 1840. Makes it all clear as mud, doesn't it. Joyce **************Start the year off right.
