At a family gathering I was given a very old scrap of paper that was found in a family Bible concerning the Hooker family. >From what I have in my geneology of the Hooker family none of this makes sense so I was wondering if it would be of any help to any of you. The following is typed exactly as it appears on the document as it was given to me: Elfleda Hooker born April 9, 1865 at Poultney Vermont *Egbert Johnson Hooker born April 6, 1874 at Poultney Vermont Daniel Johnson Hooker born April 6, 1874 at Poultney Vermont (Egbert and Daniel are apparently twins) Egbert Johnson is starred as being married and the birth of one child is recorded Clarence Edward born Feb 2, 1901 Mother is not recorded as having had children so Daniel and I are not in the book. S.V.R. is the oldest son. A daughter older. Lucy born Jan 1860 at Poultney Vt. Samuel Hooker b. June 27, 1861 Poultney Vt. George Parmalee b. March 25 1863 Poultney Vt. Caroline, b. Feb 20, 1865 at Poultney Vt. Caroline died July 10, 1866 Poultney Vt. Elizabeth b Feb 25, 1867 Asona (?) Born and died April 4, 1869 Frederick G. b. Sept 12, 1870 Poultney, Vt. Laura b. Oct 8, 1872 Poultney, Vt. Calista b. May 13, 1875 Poultney, Vt. Mary b. Aug 5, 1876 died Feb 15, 1885 None of these is recorded as married- therefore no record of any children. That is the end of the document. Anyone with any insight to this mystery please contact me as I only recognize three names on this list and the rest are unknown. Dave
