George: Thanks for your reply. The book "The Descendants of Rev. Thomas Hooker, (1586-1908) by Edward Hooker. (Originally printed in 1909) The book is out of print and can be reprinted at Higginson Books, Salem, MA and probably other firms that reprint out of print books. Have also found it listed on Harvest Books list which finds used books at your request. There may be other souces but I am not aware of same at this time. Is a great Hooker reference book.
