Patrick and Doris, To what do these court orders refer? Is this some sort of index to the records? What is the significance of the numbers in parenthesis? Does this show relationship (legally) between these people? Or is this merely a verification that someone named Charles Hooker existed at this place and time? I'm sorry to show my ignorance here.
