Anyone happen to have the book that was mentioned by Lee (below) about the Hooker family? I'm trying to learn about my MORRIS family, prior to being in TX in 1845. Story is, A. W. (Alfred William) Morris, left MS, where he was supposedly born, after his parents died. A. W., was supposedely an only child, and his parents were John MORRIS & Sarah HOOKER. The name HOOKER, is used in later generations. A. W. Morris, was born Feb. 11, 1821 in MS or AL. I surely would appreciate a look-up. Thanks Sallie Cannon ------ [email protected] wrote: > Okay.
