    3. Lee, Thanks for sharing your lineage and knowledge of this Hooker book. One thing, though, caught my attention and I wonder if I'm perceiving it correctly. You said Mary Farr was born 1686 and her child Daniel was born in 1750, making her 64 years old at his birth. Did I misunderstand something? Is there a typo? Not too many women could do that! As to the spelling of Solomon, I have seen it used interchangeably with Salmon in England as a surname. It is a variant spelling and has nothing to do with the fish. I believe Salmon were called Roe in Great Britain for some time, but may be wrong about that. I wish you lots of luck with your search, and hope your aunt is in a generous mood!
