I am looking for the family of Sarah Hooker b. est. bef. 1790 in Hadley, Mass. (widow of Fellows in New York) married Col. Killian Winne. Lived in Utica, N.Y. Where her first husband ______ Fellows was a merchant. Had a son William Fellows. At least 3 more children with Col. Killian Winne; Killian Winne b.1812 Utica,NY, Frank Winne and George Winne. Her portrait and that of her son William Fellows were painted by Gilbert Stuart. Her mother may have been from the CRANE family of Mass. Family lore says that she was a descendant of Thomas Hooker of Hartfort, Conn. Were there descendants of Thomas Hooker living around Hadley, Mass.?????? Thanks for any help.
