I do not have that name in my family that I know of but I do have a Philander HOOKER and a Francis Augusta HOOKER they were born about 1859 - 1861 I believe in Dodge County WI. Can we exchange info ? Jackie in Oregon ps are you related to the HOOKER line in WA state that was from WI?
