Hi, I am seeking any information on the family of Rowland/Roland, wife Lucy and two sons that I know about. This family was in Vermont late 1780's where son Amon was born, my gggrandfather. Roland is gone by 1800 and Lucy moved over to New York living with Amon and his wife Cynthia where my ggrandfather Henry was born. They move on over to Vermontville, Eaton Co., MI., Amon & Cynthia both die there. Henry married Minvera Jane MORLEY and by 1860 are in Buckhannon, Upshar Co., WV. >From church records I know about the 2 sons, Ralph & Amon, but I am wondering if there were more children born to Roland & Lucy, anyone know? The New England Lines are very well documented. Because of all the battles in the Rev War the War of 1812 the Civil War and Indians, so many of the southern records have been lost, so it's a mystery most of these Southern families.
