Do any of you who are researching the Holts of Surry Co. know anything about my gggrandmother. All I have been able to confirm so far is that she was Catherine Holt and she married Willis Thompson in the mid 1800's. I have the exact date at home, but not with me right now. I know that they were married in Surry County, but so far I have nothing to give me a clue as to who parents were.
