There is a book called: The Descendants of Michael Holt. It has mostly all of the Holts since they arrived in VA. It is very interesting reading and you may be able to find it at the Mormon library. The Alamance County Historical Museum is a great place. My husband just met the director there a couple of weeks ago and the people there are wonderful people. There is another book that you should look into as well called: <A HREF="http://www.elon.edu/troxlerc/adv.htm">“Shuttle and Plow: A History of Alamance County, North Carolina”</A> by Carol Watterson Troxler and William Murray Vincent Alamance County Historical Society, Inc.
