I asked at my local FHC and the volunteer said you can wait months or even years to get books fron Salt Lake City...I got to see a copy by Intra-Lib. loan. A remark on the Marshall book . She compiled it with one or two other genealogists and her sole purpose was to trace the lineage of John D.HOLT.Her line goes back to Michael and out to the MO/AR area. It wasn't much help to me since I found out Michael wasn't MY HOLT line..but for Michael researchers it is a valuable book.
