The only thing I know for certain is that he died in 1934 in Vinita, Oklahoma. He was married to a woman named Mary Stugeon/Surgeon and had two sons in AL. His wife died in the birth of his last son... my ggrandfather. A few years later Ben took John from his maternal grandparents and went to Texas with the two boys. They later moved to Oklahoma. Some time durring all that... Ben married a woman nammed Idah Mae Jackson. They had several children. Any help at ALL would be Extreamly appreciated.
