By my records (source, a great aunt), Elizabeth "Betty" Rogers who married Drury Holt is the sister of "Doswell". Their parents were Thomas Rogers and unknown wife. They had three siblings, Martha, Suzannah and Molly. That is all I know. I have not found the relation between these Holts and my line. I am Richard Holt Gates and my great grandfather was John H. Holt, b. Sept. 5 1816, d. 1880, married to Drucilla Smeal, b. May 21, 1816, d. 1891 in 1837. Can anyone connect my line to the Drury Holt line?
