My father is Allen Shelton, his father: Walker Banks Shelton, then Cyrus Wait Shelton, Mark and finally Ralph Shelton. Some sources say Ralph's father was Azariah and other sources say that there is no documentation. So, I half believe it and half don't. And, I play the waiting game in the hope that someone will dig it up. Whether it is Azariah or someone else, I just want to know. If you have info on Azariah and Sarah Holt, that would be fantastic. I've often wondered who her parents were as I have suspected a Cherokee connection there (obvious speculation). Any and all info is valuable. Thanks. Dave.
