J. Holt and have a letter written by him to his son detailing his geneological ancestors to Nicholas Holt. He wrote a book about his life entitled "Pioneering in the Southwest". It has some information about his family but it is mainly about his missionary work with the indians and later that Baptist Conventions. I do not have any information about William H. Holt but he talks about events leading to the War between the States and how it affected family relations. I am trying to find information about A.J.'s children other than John Broadus Holt.
