Hi List I have this ? to ask but first, I have asked this question for 2 years and each time I ask I get a reply from the same person and they tell me they have Holts in the area I am asking about. When I reply to them and ask for info this is where it stops. I try the e-mail address they give me. This is upsetting because no one else answers me thinking I got my anser so please could I have any one that has info answer me and also can I please not have an answer unless you are willing to tell me more. I am willing to share all I have. Ok this is what I am searching for. I have Holt's in Rivers John Nova Scotia from 1838-1901, before 1838 my peter holt was in amherst Nova scotia. I think his father was Mathew Holt but not sure. I believe that this Holt family came from u.s. about the 1776 time period so I am looking at the family being loyalist. So I am interested in Moses Holt , John, william, benjamin, and william johnson Holt. that came from new haven ct. help on this would be gr! eatly appreciated. Patty S. from Idaho
