I too wish that the other member would submit their lineage it would be helpful. I have been in touch with the UK member which has been great! Provides some insight into the family although no direct link....but some history. I have also been in touch with the member who lists their earliest family member as William Holt in NC. They do not know how they are connected to Nicholas, so I have been trying to determine if one of Nicholas's decendants headed south early enough to tie into this person...but haven't found anyone heading out of NE until the mid 1800s. I am a female far removed from my Mary "Polly" Holt who married Nicholas Powell; they were my great-great-great grandparents. Nonetheless, I am interested in their ancestors and would be very interested in seeing the Holt DNA reports and learning who might be related to me. My research has been done almost entirely via the internet, so I cannot say I have sources for my data, but...for what it's worth, I believe that... my line runs: Mary, Benjamin (Sarah LITTLE), NC->KY William B.
