    2. Joyce, all I have on my GGgmother is inscribed on her tombstone:Stone,Sarah wife of Nathan Stone, died October 6,1843,aged 38 years. She is buried in the old Chesnutt cemetery off Tallant Road in Collegedale,Tn.When the cemetery was in use it was an Ooltewah address. She and Nathan Stone had three children,Greenberry Stone born 10-23,1833,Nancy C.Stone was born in 1835 or 1836,and Nathan Jack Stone was born 3-5-1840.Nathan Stone married a second time to Rachel Tallant,in 1849 or 1850.Rachel Tallant brought a daughter age five to that marriage. Her name was Rebecca. I know that Nathan Stone was alive at the time of death of his son,Nathan Jack Stone in July 1873 but was not alive for 1880 census. At the time of Nathan Stone's life his farm was in Bradley county bordering Hamilton county. Also found a soldier named Nathaniel Stone escorted the Indian march to Oklahoma but do not know if that is my Nathan Stone.I have researched the stone family including Greenberry Stone and his decendants but have little knowledge of Sarah and Nathan and their beginning. Will give you any information I have just let me know.Thanks. Jack Stone
