He later moved to Bennington, Vt where he died in 1916. First wife was Esther Downs. His second wife was Matilda__. Served in first Mass HA in civil war. His son, Eugene F Holt married Theresa Silver of Bennington. I'd love to learn more about my family, and share the information I have.
