Hello. I have seen this location ( Limestone/Lamar Co. Texas). At one time did we have a county in Texas by that name? Can someone explain this to me. jb

There is a Limestone County in Texas and in Ala. Nease was born to the union of Abraham Nease (b: 1804; d: 1885) and Susanne Ottinger (b: 1807; d: between 1845 & 1849 in Tennessee). Abraham & Susanne's children included: Katrina, Sarah, Marie/Mary, Philip, Magdalena, George A.D. & John [twins] Ambrose, Abegail, Rachel, Samuel, Hannah, and Susan. After Susanne's death, Abraham married Molly Blazer. Their children included: Elizabeth, Jacob, Andrew, Emeline, William, Melvina, and Ida. Abraham and Molly emigrated to Whitestown in Boone County IN in 1857.
