Got ahold of the Library.. here is what they said... (The last 2 digits after the county, are the year of the census, (such as RB-80, would be Robertson County, 1880 census) ending June first of the census year. I was told IF the parents were born in TN, the POB for mother and father after 1880, was omitted.
