Ada Frances Holmes was the daughter of James Shadrach Holmes (1788 NC-18607 MS) and second wife Frances Howard. Ada Frances and husband Chambers had 2 children. After his death she remarried William Worth Walker and had five children. James Shadrach Holmes and first wife Keziah Cox had 13 children. A large # of their descendants still live in the Rankin County, MS area.
