I do not think that I have any information that you are really intereseted in. However, we are relatives since I am one of John Frederick Holmes' grand-daughters. How are we related? Are you interested in information about my grandfather and his descendants?

Somehow I missed the original post of the Holmes family of Clinton+Lycoming Co., PA, but I'm very interested. My g-grandmother was Lydia Jane HOLMES, born in Lock Haven, Clinton Co., PA on Aug. 1, 1865. Her father was Seth HOLMES & mother was Sarah Dora KENNELLY. We know they lived on Church St. Just recently we found a Jonathan HOLMES family who also lived in Clinton Co. on Church St. and he did have a son Seth. Do any of you have any information on this family?
