Does anyone know where majority of people were buried (if close enough to land) or where records might be found of people who died while on the voyage to America? I hear that my John A. Holmes was born aboard ship.. and another story tells of Thomas' wife dying and Thomas remarrys shortly after arriving.. Could she have died giving birth to john aboard ship? Does anyone know how I would find out?? I know a few ship records give that info.. but are there any other records that I haven't thought of that might give the info also? Thanks Carolyn
