It was in Correspondence: The War of the Rebellion Official Records of the Union & Confederate Armies. It is in Seris II Vol. VIII, Published Under the direction of The Hon Russell A Alger, Sect. of War, by Brig Gen Fred C Ainsworth & Mr.. Joseph W. Kirkley, done by Washington Printing Office 1899.
