Well here goes for me. This is an Aussie HOLMES that I wish had someone related out there. Robert Holmes married Alice Ryan (mother nee O'Neill) abt. 1835 at Glenn Rock in NSW Australia. Anything before this time is my brick wall. I don't have a ship or place from which he hails. His death cert. had UNKNOWN all over it. There is no grave to even mark his resting place. Alice's death cert. had the information that they were married at Glenn Rock but no record to this date has been found of this event. Their children's names were William, Robert, Thomas, George, Charles, Elizabeth and Jane. There were three other children who don't have names yet as they died at infancy.
