Hi Gary, I have an elusive Holloway connection that I'm chasing around the West. James L. Holloway [oldblue97@usa.net] tells me that you have Idaho Holloway family. I'm trying to find the name of my unknown Holloway great-grandfather. My great-grandmother, widow Kate E. HOLLOWAY married 2nd 25 Apr 1907 in Lewiston, Nez Perce, ID Charles L. Maydwell. At the time of her remarriage, family tradition says she had 3 attractive red-headed/ auburn-haired daughters. The youngest Nettie Bascom Holloway, tradition says, was b abt 1892, Seattle, WA. Kate and her new husband had relocated to Denver, Colorado by 1909, when daughter Nettie, my grandmother, was married, as "Nettie Bascom, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Lawrence Maydwell." I know little about Nettie, as she died when my dad was 12 yrs old. She was an accomplished pianist and violinist. If you have Holloways who were in Idado ca 1895-1910, would you be willing to share their names? I'm pursuing any and all leads. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
