Hope it's pretty accurate. It gave his father as Thomas. Dates are right for John to be a brother. The article said that Thomas was married three times and had 19 children. He was a large property owner in Orange and Wake Counties, North Carolina. Thomas Holloway did not serve in the military during the Revolutionary War; however, he did provide goods. His third wife, Lydia Bryant, received a land grant for services/goods provided by her husband, Thomas Holloway.
