John H. was born in Circleville, Ohio and Delphia was born in McQuan, Illinois Their first child Charles was born in Illinois, his death at age 24 was probably in Iowa or Kansas. The next four children were born in Iowa: Maude, Nancy, Asa, & Sarah. The next two were born in Nebraska: Cora & John The next two were born in Iowa: William (Artie) & Oscar The next one, Hazel, was born in Kansas. The last one, Floyd, was born in Nebraska. Nancy died at age 11 and Maude died at age 13 according to the family bible record. All surviving children moved away during the depression except Asa and Cora. Cora married Levi Alley and lived in Nebraska all her life. From my recollection, Artie, Oscar, Hazel and Floyd moved to the west coast; Artie in California and Oscar, Hazel and Floyd moved to Oregon. Anyone younger than Artie is a mystery to me or any of the family still living; most likely due to the distances and age differences. In fact, the only records I have on the older children of John and Delphia are from the family bible. Hope this gives a little greater insight.
