Holloway Book by David Holloway First of all some of you apparentley are writing to Blessing Butler about this book, she doesn't have anything to do with it. The book is being written by David Holloway, and apparentley some of you have written him some rather shall we say un-necessary notes, questioning his book. The purpose of posting a note to the list was to inform those of you that might be interested that a book was coming out that might help all of us.
