Hi, I am new to the list. My ggggrandfather was Mitchell Holloway m. Catherine Valentine in Sumner County TN Dec 20, 1824. I know almost nothing about him. He is listed on the 1830 Sumner County census with two children. My gggrandmother, Mary Holloway m. Samuel Sanders Sumner County TN in 1842. They moved to Logan County KY and are on the 1850 census there. So is Catherine Holloway. She is buried in Logan County. There is a Mary Holloway on the 1830 Sumner Co TN census also.
