Obit: Sharon Elizabeth Hoffpauir Carlisle, 38, of Alvin died July 22 at her residence. She was preceded in death by her father E.J. (Chunk) Hoffpauir and her brother Alan Hoffpauir. Funeral was at Broussard's Mortuary in Winnie with burial at Fairview Cemetery in Winnie. A native of Alvin and former resident of Winnie, she lived in Alvin most of her life. Survivors include her husband, Robert Carlisle of Alvin; son, Robert Carlisle Jr. of Santa Fe; daughters, Alana Michelle Carlisle of Alvin and Tammy Lynn Carlisle, of Santa Fe; mother, Betty Lucky of Holiday Lakes; granddaughter, Megan Ray Carlisle of Santa Fe; sisters, Debbie Cavallini of San Angelo, Susan Shriver of Liverpool, Sherry Rodriquez of Highlands, Dennis Taylor of Angleton, and Betty Jean Hyde of Crossville, Tenn.; brothers, Ernest Hoffpauir of Alvin, Larry Lucky of Crossville, Brian Lucky and Glen Lucky, both of Stowell. ________________________________________________________________________________________ I believe that Sharon's listed sisters Sherry, Dennis (Denise?) and Betty, as well as brothers Larry, Brian, and Glen are siblings by her Mother's second marriage.
