Charlie, I am sure David Hoffpauir should be able to clear up Aunt Ruth's name question. Now if I could only find where Austin's first wife came from. I don't know if the Petry fellow is still living or not. All of "Samantha's" children were born prior to 1925, making the youngest about 75 years old. I know there is a Malenion Hoffpauir buried at Ebeneezer. Her grave is toward the church right next to the fence by the road. I have never been able to reconcile who she is. Is she Austin's first wife, or is it another Malenion? Will make a trip out to Ebeneezer soon and refresh my memory. Will also try to find Bob Faulk. He used to be a plethora of info on the Faulk's and Hoffpauir's. I haven't talked to him in several years. Roy
