Sandy I am only guessing, but you may me related to your husband also. Ruth's father married twice. His first wife was Malenion Hoffpauir, and they had 3 girls. Samantha being the youngest, I think. She married Ernest Clinton Petry in the earlier part of the century prior to 1910. they had 3 boys and 5 girls. Austin Dailey then married Malenion's younger sister, Mary Eudora Hoffpauir and they had 6 children, Ruth being the last sibling of the six. I am the grand son of Ruth's older sister, Isabelle.
