Hoffpauir Funeral services for Mrs. Travis B. (Ruth Dailey) Hoffpauir, 93, will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 6, in the First Church of the Nazarene. The Rev. Richard Beckham will officiate. Burial will be in Prien Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home. Visitation is 3-9 p.m. Saturday and 8 a.m.-noon Sunday in the funeral home and from 1 p.m. Sunday in the church. Mrs. Hoffpauir died at 12:20 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 3, 2000, in a local care facility. A native of Crowley, she had lived in Lake Charles since 1928. She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene. Survivors include three sons, the Rev. Larry Hoffpauir and Leo Hoffpauir, both of Lake Charles, and Ivy Hoffpauir of Needville, Texas; two daughters, Margery Triplett and Nettie Hoffpauir, both fo Lake Charles; 11 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
