    3. Among the things that my Grandmother had were a number of old obituaries. >From the Crowley paper was the following clipping. The date would have been in 1943, but I do not know the exact date. Mrs. Austin Dailey Dies In Orange But Services To Be Here Funeral services for Mrs. Austin Dailey, about 68 who died at 8:20 p.m. Thursday at Orange, Tex., will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Ebenezer church with burial to follow in the adjoining cemetery. Mrs. Dailey died at the home of a daughter, Mrs. M. C. Picket. She had been in ill health for the past year. Survivors include two sons, Aaron and Avery, of Orange; four daughters besides Mrs. Picket, who are Mrs. Travis Hoffpauir of Lake Charles, Mrs. Lee Faulk, Lake Charles and Mrs. Peyton Stutes, Crowley; Mrs. Clarence Faulk, Orange; two step daughters, Miss Eva Dailey, Ebenezer, Mrs. Alex Harrington, Sulphur, 31 grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. The body will lie in state at the Geesey Ferguson Funeral Home here until the hour of the services tomorrow.
