I have a copy of the marriage license of Eli Hoffpaui & Caroline Forman. I can see how whoever extracted for Father Hebert misread Thomas for Henry. However there is a permission slip in the file signed by Thomas Hoffpauir - the signature is of Thomas (son of Thomas the emigrant) & Winney Hoffpauir (her mark) The name is clearly not Henry but is Thomas.
