I saw the following obit on line this morning.... Anna Joy Cady Trahan LAFAYETTE - Anna Joy Cady Trahan, 68, passed away Saturday, March 18, 2000, at Lady of the Oaks Retirement Manor in Lafayette. A native of Sunset, she was the daughter of Pleny Cady and Onelia Venable Cady. Mrs. Trahan is survived by one son, Van Joseph Alsbrook of Houma, and two sisters, Dolores Cady Kane and Mary Cady Bull, both of High Island, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Walter Trahan; and a sister, Betty Cady Menard. This is a long shot, but could this be her ancestry?
