But I haven't actually seen any of the source documents, so I don't know if any of these marriages list the parents or not. could you look in your notes, and see if you have parents names recorded for any of these children (other than for Myrtle, who I assume you have the parents recorded as Joseph and Alice Stutes). Also, could you check your source material for the marriage of Joseph and Alice Stutes and make certain that you have it as Joseph A and not actually Joseph L., as the Acadia Parish marriage record has it? I knew John Adam Hoffpauir, son of Cleophas, when he was a teenager. Had an older sister named Juanita; can't tell which, if either, Juanita she might be on Charlie's list. I was still in grade school when she went off to college, then to work among the Indians in Arizona/New Mexico).
