Missouri in 1850. The Simmons also married Choates and came to Dade Co. (ie, the same or neighboring Sections of specific Township/Range) March 4, 1812, FCVA Deed Bk 6, p. 271, Isham Hodges to John Bird, 337 ac on Simmons Creek January 22, 1814, FCVA Deed Bk 7, p. 83, John and William Bird of FC of the first part, and Samuel Cochran, John Tire and Lewis Wingfield the Trustees of the second part, and Isham Hodges of the County of Sumner and State of Tennessee of the third part. 337 ac on Simmons Creek…in Fredrick Oyler's line… and William A.
