Hello; Looking for information relating to two people who might be one in the same person ....I know this sounds funny but fact is the whole thing is strange... I am looking for : Herman Cecil Hodge b abt 1908 in Virginia... Charlie Hodge b abt 1908 in Virginia. The family oral history has this man as being one and the same person ...People that i have talked to about this man say that he was from Giles county VA and when he left home he was suppose to have taken a job in the Winding Gulf area of Wyomming county WV. He was suppose to be born Herman Cecil Hodge but was thought to have been in some trouble early in his life and went by the name of Charlie Hodge who was thought to have been a brother that passed away as a child. If anyone has a history of Winding Gulf would they mind taking a look for these names...This man was known to be in Indiana and also California...I think that it is a classic case of a mother not wanting her children to know who their father is but I also think that it is a unfair thing to do to your children...Good or bad the family just wants to find out about him! Can anyone help?????? The family said that they got word the day that Kennedy died that he also died ?? Does anyone know anything about this man or have any similar cases in which they solved the problem of finding their links to the ones that they are looking for...? I can use all the help i can get on this one ...I have never seen the slightest clue except knowing his two children....Katie
