Hi all, i am back on the list - I have the McCants Wall Book my cousin Robbie jane wrote in 1982; I have picked up the mantle and enlarged all lines in our family to 25,000 on web site now - have found almost nothing to correct in her original research of our family, just found more. i sent out copies of the McCants Wall book to the NEHS; American Gen in Washington DC and several others abt 2 yrs ago. below is some pertinent info that might help. can anybody add to as all is still hazy. I had not tied Francis Hodges data to our line until the Arbruthnot info came out in Sandy's message - possible if we can find some proof. The old cemetery mentioned in Sandy's post may be the Old STANDARD FIELD. Does anyone have any news of this cemetery and a marker being planned for Capt. William STANDARD?
