Sorry Diana, The Family Tree Page comes up with a message, "This page has been moved or deleted". This Isham Hodges is my direct line of ancestry. Isham was not born in Henry County as it had not been established at the time of his birth. It was most likely old Brunswich County which became Lunenburg County where Robert and Isham lived in 1748-1750 as we know where they were enumerated on the tax rolls in those years. Henry County came later and where Isham lived became Henry County. Isham did die in Henry County in 1782 and you can view his will on the TnSumner Page of Sumner County Tennessee. This part of Henry County later became part of Franklin County Virginia. We believe Robert Hodges b. Abt. 1700 to be his father but there is no hard documented proof at this time. Several of us are still looking for this proof. Isham Hodges and his descendants can be viewed on the Sumner County Page. Go to http:\www.TnGenweb.org then follow instructions to Sumner County.
