The above subject is my brother who was born 31 July 1941. He joined the Marines about 1958 and after basic training in Camp Pendleton in Southern Calif. he went through aviation mechanics and hydraulics schools in Memphis, TN and then later was mostly based in Beaufort Marine Corps Air Station, South Carolina. Of course, this was long before I became interested in genealogy. Too bad, but what a coincidence that so many of you are looking at a Richard Hodge or Hodges as perhaps your ancestor.
