Jesse d. 3-18-1842 in McNairy Co., Tn. Jesse's father was James Hodges. His mother was Martha Echols. Elizabeth Collins b. 8-28-1760 in VA., d. 1-6-1842 in McNairy Co., TN. Elizabeth's father was William Collins. Her mother was Mary (unk surname) In addition to Jesse B. Hodges, Jesse Sr. and Elizabeth had the following children: James Calvin b. 10-17-1776 William Cayson b. 9-22-1778 Josiah B. b. 12-22-1782, d. 10-11-1851 in Henderson Co., Tn, buried in the Hodges cemetery in Chester Co., Tn Mar. Mary Wilson in 1807 and Mary P.
