Yes, the same. I found info of him on someone's website and he seems to fit the bill to be my husband's ancestor. Our John Hodges was b. ca 1803 in NC/SC and md. a Mary ?. Do you know where John Miles migrated, or if he did? My husband's John moved to Collin Co, TX ca 1851 along with at least one child, Leroy Hodges I have reason to believe John & Mary had daus. named Elzira and Sarah. These Hodges lived in Bradley Co,TN and Murray Co. GA also for a period. I have yet to discover what part of SC or NC they lived. Thanks for the reply!
