The book was published in Birmingham, ALABAMA and there is no LeRoy in the index. The Hodges in the Moragnes In America and Related Families book by Howard & Quinn are in South Carolina and other places, mostly in the South, including AL, MS, LA, TX, etc. Sorry that I can't help you more. Gerry, Thanks for the information, my GG Grandfather Leroy H. Hodges, did end up in Jefferson Co.., Ala, which is where Birmingham is located, I will keep looking for his parents names.
