Hodges Refugio (Nueces County, TX) Nellie Jo Hodges, a retired accountant with Quintana and a member of First Baptist Church, died Sept. 12, 2003. She was 71. Survivors include her husband, James; a son, Jeffrey Hodges of Las Cruces, N.M.; a sister, Mildred Williams of Woodsboro; a brother, Donald Bunch of Refugio; and two grandchildren.
